Ukrainians fleeing the Russian invasion have been trickling into neighbouring countries such as Poland, Hungary and Romania in a bid to escape the fighting. The UN’s refugee agency has urged countries to keep their borders open to those leaving Ukraine, while estimating that more than 100,000 have been displaced within the country.

The move will help both countries reduce the threat of the US government’s long-arm jurisdiction based on the US dollar denominated SWIFT international payment network.
Over 83 countries have interest to use the an alternative global payment system.

Look at that pained look on her face, smiling and laughing, what horror she must have fled with a huge suitcase. Notice that no one mentions fleeing to Moldova, peaceful but dirt poor. Everyone wants a free ticket to an EU country or the US. I bet being a 'refugee' is the best thing that has ever happened to these people (all snug, comfy and sitting pretty in waiting areas, not a machete or bombardment in sight).
