A General Contractor can reach out to tradesmen, like electricians, HVAC experts, plumbers, etc. Umar, a real man would ask for help. If you were serious, you would have a Board of Directors. If you were serious, you would have a business manager, financial officer, Accountant, tax advisor, and other subject matter experts.

This is the game plan: He knows the city will take the school back because of taxes, so he didn’t put much money in the school, just enough to keep people interested. No big purchase items for sure like an HvAC. That’s going to be his way out of the hustle and he will just get paid to do speeches. He will of course blame “detractors” for people stopping his donations so he could t get taxes paid etc… never will explain how he just left 50k ride into the sunset over the last So called HVAC purchase.
