Dubai is one of the most popular places to relocate at the moment! We currently have more clients moving to Dubai than anywhere else in the world. This speaks volumes about the quality of life and opportunities in this Emirate.
UAE is a country of ex-pats – the majority of residents of this country are foreigners. So naturally, they offer multiple types of visas, and some are easier to obtain than others. All in all, emigrating to Dubai is generally a painless and quick process (especially compared to immigration to Canada, the US, Australia, and similar countries).
Today we are bringing you an update on UAE residency options, as there have been some changes recently.
UAE offers a long term visa if you buy a property, however when our clients are first moving to Dubai this is typically not the path they take, simply because they want to get the know the local market before purchasing.
The most common visa type for our clients is a visa through a company formation in the UAE. This company’s income is completely tax free, regardless of what business you do or where do your clients come from.
This path would give you 3 year residency permit in the past, but unfortunatelly recently they’ve changed it to 2 years. This visa is renewable and it is quite easy to renew.

Dubai seriously looks like the most awful place ever…….religious places are stupid. Especially Islamic places.
can you do a video on abu dhabi please!
Isn't the UAE so expensive and out of reach for ordinary people, even despite its zero income tax?
One can live a comfortable life in Germany on 2-3k (comfort not overt). I imagine when you don't pay income tax, then you have to pay for healthcare, kids education, university, public services (unemployment benefit, pensions, garbage collection, public transport etc etc), no?
99% of people aren't multimillionaires, you know? They don't have a private jets, helicopters or own a luxury yacht. Is there truthfully a place and chance for them in the UAE?
Thanks for the call Michael , regarding relocating to Dubai from the UK . Your confidence in this video is tipping my wife to make the move. Be in touch again soon.
It will my Homebase…. I need more info about start up crypto company for trading in free-zone…..they announces 2023 9% tax in June or later or sooner……
I can"t wait to get the hell out of Australia.
I would be interested in hearing your top airlines
It would be awesome if Dubai made it easier to get citizenship for people instead of just permanent residencies/ Visa's.
A winter season is much enjoyable. No one have it with big country, 0 Tax . 😁
Hi, so let me get this right..
Company formation I think you said a couple of thousand dollars? And how much to maintain that company every year? And how much to renew the Visa every 2 years?
Any other expenses involved in the process besides the formation of the company?
Thanks
I always felt like Dubai is quite a niche place to stay. You really have to be part of 1% and be comfortably able to spend $10k/month to appreciate this city.
Are you talking about the new 90-day tax residence here or something else? Seems like Michael went off-topic.
Wow, I never thought Dubai had moderate weather. I thought it had two seasons: 1) too hot, and 2) hotter. But based on your enthusiastic review, I'll add it to my wanna visit list.
the sound is a bit low
All sounds great but what about rule of law? Personal freedom? Being safe and knowing that a local can't have you imprisoned because you did the wrong thing?
Fascinating. Have you ever experienced racism in Dubai and any do's and don'ts for visitors?
Wife 6 months ago: What do you mean we have to relocate to Dubai?
Wife today: I can't believe I couldn't convince all of our friends to move here long term as well. Gonna try harder.
In other channel that talk about Dubai they also mention that the new Visa is 2 years but you can also leave the UAE for one year. In the past was 3 years but you can only be out of the UAE for six months. My question also is what is the best area to live in Dubai or the most recommend it. Thanks for the great videos.
