  1. We went 2/21-3/3 and took a COVID test to get there and never ended up needing it. At Chicago they checked our vaccine card and that was it. Never got asked for it in Paris layover either. Not saying you don’t need one but this was our experience.

  2. Hi George, thank you for your Youtube channel. We are flying to Lisbon from the united states and noticed on the comments that portugal is accepting CDC vaccination cards for entry . However i just emailed the contact person on the official portugal website, and they said CDC cards are still not accepted thus covid testing is still necessary for USA travelers. Do you know for sure what policy is in effect from boots on the ground? Thanks

  3. Hi Joric! Thank you for the update! I am traveling from the US to Ponta Delgada in April. Flying from Boston to Lisbon to Sao Miguel. Do you know if I need a locator form for both Lisbon and Sao Miguel. Or is one suffice because technically it is the same country? Thanks for your help!

  4. We’re fine wearing masks. Pcr and RAT tests is what I think made things difficult but that’s out of the way for the time being anyway. However, whatever the requirements might be, we’re complying as traveling matters so much to us. Concerning the permanent residency or citizenship from Portugal, while you travel within Schengen, does it count toward the requirement?
