Though it is liked by Europeans, this island off Turkey’s southern coast isn’t as popular with foreigners as other European beach and island resorts further west. The island nation offers a unique combination of historical sites and natural features, making it an ideal vacation destination. Take a bath in the Adonis Baths or one of Cyprus’ beautiful beaches.

The spectacular volcanic environment, peaceful beaches, and distinctive native architecture are all reasons to visit this Greek island. Then bury your toes into the jet-black sand of Kamari Beach or the vibrant crimson sand of Red Beach before visiting a local winery to sample the island’s wonderful vino.
