Located in the center of Avenida da Liberdade, in Lisbon’s most upscale area, Valverde Hotel opened its doors in September 2014. Referring to London and New York Townhouses, Valverde Hotel has a classic and elegant language punctuated by contemporary furniture, artwork, objects, and antiques. The courtyard-facing “Sitio Valverde” Restaurant / Bar, with its soaring ceiling, is a unique space for a sophisticated clientele to dine at any time of day. A menu with an offer of the usual “Classics” added a daily suggestion made by the Chef to the table in a very particular way and adapted to the taste of each client. The restaurant’s menu, Sitio Valverde, characterized by an author cuisine, executed and interpreted by Chef Carla Sousa, is focused mainly on Portuguese cuisine. It has a capacity of 30 seats and serving Breakfast, Lunch, Tea of Five, and Dinner. In addition, the hotel offers a bar service with its signature cocktails and an all-day Classics menu and restaurant.

The Páteo is a true oasis that surprises you behind all the bustle of the avenue. A very fresh environment is a space adjoining the Restaurant and Bar. Its flowerpots of varying heights and greenery create places with privacy and intimacy for both reading and relaxation, as well as for reserved business conversations. The black background’s rigor is broken by the terracotta vases and the varied and different furniture with colorful fabrics. In this idyllic space, you can enjoy all-day food and beverage service with a “classic” menu for those who prefer lighter, alfresco dining. A service of “Tea of Five” with its own style and author cocktails is also the delight of those who visit. The music of Deep House, Funky and Groove, or Fado and Jazz nights when the weather permits make this space a Lisbon icon.
