• PSGF’s will deploy the investors’ capital in accordance with the Golden Visa regulations:
• Portugal Portfolio (at least 60% of capital): commercial entities (SPVs) registered in Portugal whose underlying asset is commercial real estate
• Diversified Portfolio (up to 40% of capital): publicly and non-publicly traded, global fixed income securities that offer stable returns and risk diversification
• Investors’ return will come through dividend payments from PSGF as well as capital appreciation of the underlying investments
• Under no circumstance will investors be required to invest in excess of their original commitment (i.e., €350,000)

• 7 years plus two extensions of 1 year
• Investment period for each investor is ~5 years; it is the expressed objective of the fund manager to return each investor’s principal as close to their fifth anniversary in the fund as possible
