  4. Houses in Zagaleta needs to be self sufficient. Why? Because for some of them it takes 15 minutes just to get out of the urbanisation. Should you decide to live in Zagaleta and also wanting a somewhat social life you will be sitting in your car 3 hours per day. Double that figure if you have children.

    I used to live near the stables which is a good 5 minutes drive to the south entrance. Even driving 200 on the freeway it still took me 20 minutes driving to Marbella Club Hotel with zero traffic.

    1/2 my friends get car sick on the roads inside the urbanisation and the beautiful ride is only fun the first 2-3 times. After that it becomes an annoying hurdle that must be overcome just for the sake of bringing you home 🤦🏻‍♂️

    If I was to live there again, which I would only consider after turning 85, I would see myself as living on a boat, having staff take care of everything and only leave on days with no traffic OR when going out for dinner simply take the golf cart to the clubhouse.

    There is one good thing though: when the government again decides to transform you to a prisoner in your own home, this is probably the best place to do so.

  7. Ok, at last this tour is here, I've been waiting for it since you did that survey regarding wether we wanted to see it during development. I've been following this development for a while now, back when it was still known as Villa Agata and I can truly asses it will be amazing, there are a few renders that display what great quality and design it will feature. I don't know if you will stick to that design or will make some additional changes along with the name but I was relieved to know you will stick to the car display units in the SPA, that's an amazing detail that sure makes the difference. And what can I say about the garage, I like you stress the importance the garage will have for the appeal of this property becouse you may find a garage that fits more car or have features like car elevators and such but I have never seen a garage that displays the cars like the render I saw of this gararge, not even in tours of 100 Million $ mansions in Bel Air or Beverly Hills. I would give anything to be given the chance of just driving in&out of that garage even if it is in a cheap Dacia Sandero, becouse that garage will make that car feel like a LaFerrari. Can wait to see the tour of the complete property!!😁😁😁

Artur have been looking at Villa Enso since last year and thanks to @RockStarTom Who has shown the progression of the build for the past year, and its great in this video that we get to see it from the inside as its in the latter stages of completion!! I did see the earlier stages and the concrete form and bones of the structure impressed me!! Particularly as you showed the garage I kept viewing that massive concrete ceiling from the above mentioned videos, and hoped it would be left exposed. If you are doing the same black look as Villa Cullinan it will be stunning, even if it was the more time consuming of doing a polished concrete ceiling it would also look great!! I did find about the showroom for the cars extended to the spa again courtesy of@RockStarTom as this villa design was previously known as Villa AGATA so if people search that in images it will show that car showroom look!! Also at the end when you stood there to show the large Home Theater I love the ceiling height I just Wish It was a wider room even to accommodate the biggest possible screen, THE theater Is my favorite feature in the more expensive luxury builds!! I wish it was that Residential IMAX that the company here in Toronto is doing also in Europe and Asia !! and Still cannot grasp that such a grand design is ONLY 34,000,000 euros as last year you mentioned maybe 45 ,000,000 which would still be a bargain, especially having looked at what you get in California in Beverly Hills and Bel Air, I know they are two different settings but still this is a bargain and should be snapped up quickly!! Great design and just wish the exterior was more Modern!! But look forward to your tour when it is Done!! And wish you would also let like you did the joint tour with Erik C. but instead with Enes Yilmazer this time!! Excited to see it completed!!!

  25. Si ésta villa supera a la villa Cullinan, entonces podemos hablar, que es la mejor villa de la Zagaleta, y eso es poco probable. Créame, si la villa Cullinan no hubiese sido adquirida, yo la hubiera adquirido y con los ojos cerrados, me percaté de ella muy tarde. Ojalá logren superarla y allí estaré yo para comprarla.   26. 10 bedrooms? Who has that many children these day? 😄 Perfect for a getaway spa or retreat. Great idea to do a before, during and after, maybe even add a time lapse. Would be great to learn more about how they are designed and planned. Arthur's confident use of body language and gestures as a persuasive sales technique is an impressive skill. Is it natural or learnt? Must try it myself.
