  1. It is perfect in so many ways, including the work that needs to be done, because someone could have a lot of fun making it theirs! The hill was … wow…. surprising, that would be interesting…. and the orange tree would be great to have after working hard. Thank you for sharing with us, you do a good job.   3. I don't like this property at all, but think the area around Almaceda is one of the most naturally beautiful in the Castelo Branco district, if not Portugal. A great place to bring up children and keep pets, with great nature on your doorstep. The property has the look of having been left to abandonment and will cost an arm and a leg to upgrade, nearly everything needs renovated and changed. I don't like the proximity to a major road, there can be traffic at all hours. The warehouse is just a bare bones shell, and there's no infrastructure been developed, such as a patio area around the swimming pool, which will be costly to put in. The land is too big and too steep to be useful or easily manageable. Luis failed to mention there's a restaurant within walking distance of the house, worth knowing. The price is reasonable but will take someone with deep pockets, and tons of courage and patience to take on this abandoned white elephant 🐘.

  4. Well, it is certainly a nice location, but — the architect willingly ignored the fantastic view over the valley! 😕☹️
    The sala (living room) should face the valley. Kitchen and bath rooms on the other hand may be oriented to the road side, which appears to be quite noisy.
    Same goes for the veranda and balconies: better to face the valley.
    Even if you are willing to invest another 50k Euros to renovate the kitchen, bath rooms, staircase, the "garden" and the warehouse, the original problem of wrong orientation is still there.

  5. Very nice! Definitely something for us. Exploring the area right now for properties like this. But not ready to buy yet. I don't think this will be for sale for long.
