Always a joy to watch your vlogs. I love cooking and often cook vegetarian food. Cauliflower is so useful in all shapes. We love it.
Hi Elaine Darren, Max
Thank you for showing the fountains. I could smell the curry!
Love all your daily vlogs. Thanks
Nice to share today with you both! Thank you!
The fountains are so beautiful. What a perfect meal on a blustery day. Thank you for sharing the recipe. Stay warm and safe.
The curry looks delicious!!!
That curry looks delicious 😋 enjoy guys 🎉
The curry meal looks lovely . Guess we will try it real soon. Thanks and stay safe.
I add in some carrot and red or orange bell pepper into my curry. It is one of my favorite meals. Another quick and easy curry is to use olive oil with peanut butter, freshly ground black pepper, and a bit of curry in the serving bowl. I then make my favorite pasta and sweat some onions, carrot slivers, and bell peppers while it is cooking. The veg are added to the peanut butter mix and the pasta into the bowl from the pot. The pasta heats the sauce and it is yummy. Everything is done in the time it takes to boil the pasta.
Your curry looks absolutely wonderful.
Thanks for your vid 😇💟💟💟 Love you guys, looks yummy.
That curry looks delicious! Nice easy recipe.
I love seeing those water fountains. They are so varied, and I can imagine the amount of conversations had around them for many years in the past.
Hi Elaine and Darren, in one of your early blogs you mentioned purchasing the property next door. M. I wondered if you had looked into that as it would make a lovely walled garden where you could sit if you built a gazebo. I have visions of you sitting there on a garden swing sipping a nice red. Merry. Christmas.
Yummy! The curry looked fantastic! I agree about the yellow curry powder not being as spicy. I have a red & green curry paste & it's very spicy. The town's fountains were so lovely. Thanks for taking us along!
😁
Lovely meal cooked simply. It was nice seeing the fountains…. no scarcity of rain.
Harriet and I love curry. Elaine, You have inspired us to cook it tonight. Elaine, we think you should start your own cooking channel. Yumm! Be Well my dear friends . Sending you much love

Another good vlogmas and lovely curry. 💚
Traveling with you to the different villages & seeing the fountains was such a treat! It’s always nice to see the countryside in your area! I’ve never seen fountains where the villagers get their water like that. We have rivers & creeks with water, but we have to drill wells for potable water. Fun fact : Nebraska has more miles of rivers & creeks than any other state. Merry Christmas! 💜🔔🎄
Dear Elaine and Darren, thank you for your video. It was lovely to have a window into a part of your morning and afternoon. Your daily videos are turning into a much antecipated daily thing. Well nightly, as i am 8 hours ahead of you guys. Lovely curry. Miss the currry mix there, as over here the curry mix is different with almost no Saffron amd heavy on turmeric and palm oil (which i abhorr). I miss the rice curry i used to have there Goa style. Wish you both and Max a grear day. Season's Greetings to you and Max.
I wish I could prepare garlic "just like that! "😀. I would probably put half a head of garlic. Nice recipe 🙏
Wow your curry looks delicious, I can almost taste it! 👍
Beautiful places… Nice curry… I will try to do une like that… 🍲😉😍🥰😘👌🏻
Nice tour of your local fountains. Enjoyed your attention to their features. Whoo boi! does your plate curry look terrific! 😋👌🏼
The fountains were lovely and as you mentioned, an important gathering place for the villages. Glad that the rain has the fountains running again.
I'm quit lost. When did you get the stove?? Is there an episode I slept through, lol??? Please help
I've fallen in love with you two! You're so honest, and sweet and I've really enjoyed the recent daily videos.
Can I just say Elaine, you have been a true inspiration to me. I've made my own garland for the fireplace from local plants and trees! I've made my skint Christmas more creative, artsy and appreciating the small things in life. I was feeling low and stuck in a rut due to not working at the moment and feeling Christmas wasn't going to be as special. You have shown me that a few handmade cards and mince pies, being part of your community and slowly working towards a goal is what matters.
Wishing you both (and Max) a lovely Christmas and all the best for 2023 x
🖐😎
Thanks for the recipe! I can almost smell the goodness 😋
Thanks for the recipe! ♡
I enjoyed seeing the fountains . I think some of them as well as some of the cobbled streets might have public works . They certainly give beauty to the country . I'll give your curry a try. Thanks .
The sweet potato looked like a seal 🦭😂 x
