We’ve moved to Setúbal, Portugal, and have been here just over 3 months. In this video, I’m going to take you with me on one of my favorite walks. The wharf area along the Sada River is only a three-minute walk from our current place. This fall morning is brisk, the seagulls are out and the fishermen our untangling their fishing nets. I’ll also show you Fort São Filipe perched on the hill overlooking the city and one of my favorite fountains.
If you like this sort of unedited video, please let me know in the comments. Also, If you’re interested in more of the details of our move here to Portugal, you might enjoy the blog that I created at: clydeyoshida.substack.com The blog is absolutely free. If you or any of your acquaintances are interested in a trip or moving to Portugal, please share the link.
I had hoped to start the travel videos earlier, but there’s a lot to tend to when you make a move like this, including learning the language, settling into a new home, and taking care of banking, healthcare, and residency details. It feels so good to get back into YouTube. Hope you’ll leave a comment and thumbs up, especially if we’ve hooked up before in the soap-making videos. Tchau for now, Clyde
