Now I can relate what happened when I arrived Terceira on April 13th, the effects of Evelyn was still linger around. We encountered strong cross winds during our rough landing. Last week the ocean calm down and have great weather in Terceira. Back in Toronto. Missing all the coastal and mountain sceneries, local food & Pico wine. Did bring back a bottle of Licor de Ginja from D'OBidos. Cheers.

Was in Albufeira recently to experience the "sea spray" and ended up being chased up the pier by a massive wave that left me soaked having to put my phone in rice for the rest of the night.

I missed that storm by just a few days! I moved here just last year from Canada and still love watching the big waves roll in anytime I can!

I live in the azores for 24 years , and miss it every day , paradise on earth, I lived in sao miguel ,but visited most of the 9 islands, worked in pico for 13 months where I found the love of my life, will visit again soon, furnas is a place of wonders In sao miguel
