We have recently bought a little house and ruin in Portugal with some land following our dream to move to Portugal and have a more fulfilling and sustainable lifestyle.
Fed up with the 9-5 rat race and living in what we consider to be an unhealthy enviroment we have decided to make our move before its too late and we are sat filled with regrets…
We can only apologise for the poor quality of our editing, its very challenging learning new skills, give me an old building to restore and youll see where i am supposed to be, in my element, but anyway, we hope you get some inspiration from the first tour of our new project.
We have a new roof going on the ruin shortly and work will start in the main house too. We hope to build an extension on the main house, planning approval willing and the ruin will be a holiday let/air B&B.
These videos were shot over three seperate visits we made before our offer was accepted, in the still moments please focus on the dead quiet, the peace and tranquility and the jaw dropping views.
There are various extreme sports activities on the mountain and all of the properties but one in the village are holiday lets for Portuguese visitors, this is where the locals come to holiday!
