It's great to see the progress on the house again. I haven't seen any mention of Duarte's sister, I remember the two of them helping you in your first videos. In English a "Threshold" is what the bottom of the door entry is called.

Just an idea for shade during summer over the next few years, plant a kiwi tree and make some arches out of steel and connect them with metal wire. You'll have a great natural shade during summer and fruit closer to winter. 😉
