You need to ask that kind lady to show you how to eat figs. You don’t bite in the middle, you pull the top down to peel them, if very ripe them you can eat the skin . Hope this makes sense.

I thought that you could not live in structures other than the original houses. The barns and other outbuildings were not permitted for living in.
