No poisonous snakes in Portugal. You’ll be fine
You need to get a cat asap. Maybe two. Feed them in the house so they spend time there. They will get rid of mice, rats and snakes. Snakes might also live there because of mice. So cats will get rid of both.
Put coarse salt into all pockets until you can close up the cracks.
to get rid of snakes (although there are no dangerous snakes in portugal, except -some vipers – in gerês national park), all you need to do is burn an old piece of clothing indoors. but that's only in spring and summer because now they will disappear on their own.
Thanks for your vid 😇💟💟💟 Love you all guys, I heard there are no venomous snakes in Portugal but there are Scorpios that can sting and this is very pain full.
What? Maybe a snake pit !! 🤔 No fun. Fix the place quick! After reno, I am sure there will not be any, hopefully 😁👍

Hi….In your house the snakes will find cosy places to nest. Therefore the solution is to remove the places were they can set up home, which means pointing the stonework to fill all the gaps with stones and lime mortar. Best of luck.
