I’m officially in PORTUGAL! The first week of this trip didn’t necessarily go to plan (one of the major things being our car was under repair), so this first week with my grandparents was a slower one….I share a feira HAUL, my thoughts on travel yoga mats, and get chatty about whether or not I could see myself moving here 👀 There are more Portugal vlogs to come of me doing some more exploring of this beautiful country, so stay tuned for those….I hope you enjoy 🙂

  7. This happened to me too! I had a 5.5 hour red eye flight and got about 1 hour of sleep, and had to sit in JFK for 3 hours to catch our connecting flight and then tried to stay up for the rest of the day 🙃

  8. Os azulejos! O tanque! The maximalist decor! It's my dream to take my parents to Portugal, especially my mom, because both her parents are from there. It looks beautiful.
    And yes, my Portuguese grandparents also were big on lunch. Is this a thing? 😂

    My hubby n I are looking into moving there.
    What area are you in?
    We want something that doesn’t have neighbors right next to you we are very much country people I don’t my neighbors but they need to be where I can’t look into the windows rent a place with like two or 3 acres is that feasible for Portugal?
    I need it to be steady weather I broke my neck and have hardware from C2 to C7 so I need to have steady warm weather.

  14. I love the portuguese accent and how mine is so similar to it! I'm Brazilian from Rio de Janeiro and our accent is almost the same. History will tell you why! Maybe someday I'll be able to visit. 😍

  22. im hopin ill go to portugal next summer to visit my fam, havent been there since 2016. i moved here to mtl in 2014 to live with my mom. what i miss the most is the food honestly and i miss goin to the beach (even tho back then i wasnt a very beach person and didnt go much) but now i miss the smell and sounds and sights of it. those skirt/shorts love itt. yeh if i go next year im not lookin forward to the heat :C her ein canada it has been super hot too but in portugal no ac xD

  23. I love this so much. Ive always wanted to travel or live in Europe and love seeing how everyday life is there if that makes sense (not that it’s so different than canada but i like to see how it is)
