Hi Jasper. I noticed that on the building that Eugene has the roof sloping toward the stone house which is sitting on a little bit of ground . So with the roof sloping towards the stone house when it rains the rain will wash away the ground the house is sitting on which in the long run the stone house foundation will be in danger of collapsing, then the stone house walls will collapse also.

My Zoe girl is too smart for her own good. You are doing so much better with the girls. I just love the daily walks. You never know what is around the corner. Your weather finally looks better. Helps the mood. I watch Clarissa's channel. She is such a hard worker with many talents. Artistic! Can''t wait to see what she does for you.
I've never drank coffee, but my son did. He had a girlfriend that worked at a cafe / bookstore and they would drink a Hawaiian Coffee called Kona. It smells so good and taste is very good. It is very expensive though.

Don't take the coffee machine to bits just put some kettle cleaner in the water tank it will clear all the blocked pipes and grinder.

Please tell me that the dogs have been fixed, otherwise if Zoe keeps escaping you are going to end up with puppies.

You need a wood fence that is much higher for Zoe. She is not deterred by that wire fence at all. Or you need buried electric fence like they use here in the USA. It is no fence, the wire is buried and your dog wears a collar. When they get close to the buried wire they get a buzz so they won’t go past that boundary. They get so used to the boundary that they don’t need the collar after some time.
