We’re finally getting some heat in the house, and it’s been a great team effort. For us, this marks the start of a new phase in our Self-Build Home. Now that our basic needs are covered, we can start making this place home soon.

Well done you two, I felt the warmth just watching this video. A warm home in winter is the key to life. Fantastic achievement over such a short time. Excellent!
❤
Amazing. This is the perfect example of hard work paying off
Wonderful accomplishment. May I suggest you each attach a fuzzy tiny Mic on shirt. I had vol to max and cld not hear Dan well. Thnx. Be happy.
I’ve enjoyed watching the house grow and seeing the hen house and duck house built too, and of course the dogs. 😊
I smiled all the way through this video! So happy for you! ❤️🇨🇦
Congrats!! You have done a superb job and now can enjoy the fruit of your labour in your brand new, warm home👏🏽🥂
💖👏👏👏
Yay, warm house! I cannot believe how much you have achieved in such a small amount of time! You must be so proud of your home! Tfs, Laura 🐶🐶🐶
Nice work guys, enjoy toastie evenings in. Forget negative comments, feet up and be proud of what you've achieved so far…
It is amazing what you have accomplished in 7.5 months!
So much heat comes out the bak so keep door closed when fire lit. Your house looks absolutely fantastic. Great job❤️❤️👍👍
Finally….a toasty and cosy home 🏡. What a great feeling!
You got a Drone? Congrats. Nice shots !
Great milestone……..
Very Cool! Congratulations!!!
You need to reverse the vent piping.
Stove looks awesome! can i just say don't take a sales man as a professional?… from my experience and this might sound like critisim! but not intended to be! just trying to save you upset later down the line!.. big problem with log burners is creosote being created in the Flu! this happens in single lines flu's that are outside, and happens as all moisture from the fire, hits the cold metal and condensates on the flu walls, can run back down the flu! and soon black puddles in and around the stove! twin walled flu outside stop this from happening, and should burn cleaner.. fire look awesome!.. as does the build.. great work guys..
Congratulations Sindy and Dan, it looks like you will be toasty this winter, it will make such a difference for you xx 🏡🔥💕
Congrats on having much needed heat in your house… I noticed you used a store bought fire starter… Try using pine cones… ones that are not rotted and open. They are the best fire starters and free.
Big accomplishment 👏👏
The new stove is so nice, glad you were able to get the fire going. Now you have a warm place to cozy in. You two are very adaptable people and do make anything work. Great to see this peek into your works.
Just look at you two! You have come so so far and I am delighted for you! Well done!!!!
Great video once again x love your new stove x
Look's nice and toasty. Enjoy!!
Having a wood heater so close to an outside door isn’t a good idea all of you heat will go out the door when it’s opened.🙋♀️🇦🇺
The final ultimate comfort for off grid living is "alive". Enjoy your life in your new home.
Well done. Enjoy. Best wishes from Tasmania. Australia. 🇦🇺🎸⚡️🤘🏼🤘🏿💋❤️
