This elegant Tuscan wine estate is situated is an extremely private position with far reaching views over Chianti vineyards and the unspoilt Tuscan country side. Beautifully renovated and well maintained, this amazing Italian property has 11ha of Chianti Classico, olive groves, rich orchards and stunning formal Italian gardens.
Situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico half way between Florence and Siena, this property offers private country living, as well as easy access to two of Tuscany’s most historic cities, Firenze and Siena and all they have to offer in the way of culture, theatres, restaurants, Italian fashion shopping and airports.
Main House
The oldest part of the main house dates back to the 13th century and still features many original materials such as terracotta floor tiles, beautiful vaulted ceilings, open fireplaces, all of which add to the abundance of character this property offers. The spacious reception rooms situated both on the ground and first floors, exube historic importance and are perfect for entertaining. The property for sale measures approx. 840 m2, and is composed as follows ;
Ground Floor: kitchen, dining room, billiards room, lounge, laundry room.
First Floor: The stairway leads into a charming “morning lounge” with fireplace. The central lounge area gives access to five bedrooms and four bathrooms (three are en-suite). The master suite enjoys an abundance of natural light due to the french doors leading to the private balcony.

The pool area, close to the house, but is completely private and secluded. The grounds also offer a Tennis court, open garden area and various panoramic terraces.
The Estate – Vineyards & Cantina
There are approx. 11 Ha of land, 3 of which are currently Chianti Classico vineyard and the estate has rights to plant a further hectare making a total of approx. 4 Ha of vineyard. The wine cellar, built in 2002 is a good size and fully equipped with production facilites.

Oh my God! Love, love, love this! Any flat "yard" around to add a lap pool? Or for my big dogs to run and play? They'll love the beach entry to the other pool, but not so good for flip turns when swimming…lol.

It was very interesting to see so much interior stone that was bare. That door which was carved to mirror the frame is fantastic. Those views aren't bad either. The fabric of building is fantastic but the peripheral decor, fixtures, fittings and technology are so dated and cluttered it feels anything but relaxing to me. It’s way too busy, fussy and unnecessarily ornate. The pool is a great outside space and the gardens too but overall I think I would feel older and more tired after a holiday here than relaxed and rejuvenated. Thirty years ago I am sure this was how people wanted these properties to feel but now? In desperate need of a refresh IMO.

Wow, just a huge wow! Words are just inadequate to describe this place. The stone ceilings in the main entry way were beautiful, I have never seen anything like that before. The floors were so gorgeous. I can not understand why anyone would want to sell if they were blessed enough to own. Thank you so very much for showing this property I loved it.
