The Netherlands best place on Earth!
I lived in the Philippines for 14 months. On a domestic flight, the flight attendant asked the passengers not to take (steal) the life jackets under the seats. In my opinion the food sucks, the weather sucks, the infrastructure sucks. their are a few nice people. I have been to 39 countries and for the costs, their are much better countries to live in.
I’d live in the Philippines hands down. You can live quite posh on very little.
