Thank you for answering some of our questions over the recent weeks. We had our NLV appointment last Monday at Manchester. We got all the documents ready as per info from the consulate site and they didn't take half of what they asked for . We were in there 20 mins or so paid our fee and paid for a shengsn visa which gives us 90 days to register once in spain. They weren't interested in our marriage certificate or P45 or copies made as requested but at least we were over prepared rather than under. He said it would be ready in 3 weeks and gave us tracking that day. We witnessed some people in the consulate office that clearly were being a tad aggressive with staff because they'd not put enough effort in themselves . The chap dealing with us started off sharpish but once he could see we were the real deal and organised he became more smiley. I did make conversation with him too about recent strikes to which I'm sure not many people ask how they are as he seemed ot appreciate it. Needless to say fingers crossed we will get the go ahead very soon. Thanks again. JBT👍
