In this video we talk about Australia and the recent article that was written by Daily Mail about me on my views on the Australian way of handling the “situation” around the World. We’ve seen a surge of Australian clients wanting to leave the country here at Wealthy Expat and we don’t doubt this will continue in the future.
The Daily Mail picked up my video on criticizing Australia and made a popular news piece on it, getting over 2 million views. Australia taxes and regulations are getting out of hand, and people want to leave, at least that’s what the comments on the article and my videos seem to confirm. We discuss how wealthy individuals can leave Australia and move to another country the right way.

Mate, I am from Australia. I think you have some valid points, but it was also the Liberal Party (same as Republicans) that decided to close borders. Although some state leaders created agreements with other states to have open border. Except from where I am from in Perth. Tragic, but it saved us a lot of lives/cases. It was a lesser of evils. Taxes yes, not super low – but wages are definitely a lot higher than places like the United States. Also, a beautiful and dynamic country, with a a great healthcare system, and freedom of speech.
Australia is the best country.
Can you make a video about English speaking countries for expats?
In Australia we pay income tax, fines, late fees, sells tax, road tax, land tax, gst, capitol gain tax, petrol excise tax, tolls, even park the car on the beach, to go too swim, plus concile tax and rate etc etc
Great stream, as always. I appreciate the level-headed approach you take to the news and the markets. A lot has changed and that's on everything but the truth is I don't even care much about bullish or bearish market anymore because Mr Richard got me cover as I am comfortably making 1.5B T C monthly…
I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. But when i saw this i became insanely happy because finally someone agrees with me
I also want to move to Dubai. I think I might consult with the channel poster about that
I've lived in Australia since 2011, been wanting to leave since 2012
Can a person renounce citizenship while having only a residence visa in another country? I mean do you HAVE to have a citizenship somewhere or is a residence visa enough?
Why do people want to earn so much that the major part of what they earn is just leave behind and die? What is the problem in paying more taxes if you really earn way more than you need? Why do these rich people keep on finding new ways to avoid tax? Why? Why it is so hard to be satisfied?
I agree sir
I've been to nearly 100 countries
About 8 years I visited Aus
Had 3 month visa
Arrived in Perth next day flew to Sydney and next day back to.usa
The place was horrible in every regards
But it's ok
They don't need me
There are millions of sub saharans Yemenis etc trying to enter 😆
Awesome info Raf. Please comment on which countries best for unvaccinated wealthy expates please.
you're always right on point. you deserve more recognition
I'm agreeing
Come live here and experience the lifestyle, high taxes but amazing place to live. Great beaches amazing food friendly people, high salaries.
I loved the presentation. I understand that this video is mainly directed at business and investors, but you forgot to mention the rudeness and racism that exists in this country.. I have had arguments with partnering agencies who thought I worked for them and should do it for free, then the moment I talk about pulling out of the deal they pretend like they were trying to help my business but not ready to negotiate ever.. the culture is prone to strong egos.. I had a salesperson arguing to me that I didn't want to buy a product before, I mean I had cash to pay for something I wanted and he would argue that it is not what I want.. and forget about getting legal support if your business doesn't have its own form of security, the police in this country is something to be ashamed of..
Great video RAF ❤️🔥✊️🎶!!!
Learn mandarin if you live there.
Australian people are awesome. But their country does suck.
I live in Australia and I can confirm that its falling apart! On top of that its a communist country and the people are controlled
Don't consider for Dubai or Singapore for just tax benefit. You'll be very unhappy there due to stressful life and all fake things. in Australia, u can enjoy beautiful landscapes
I'm Australian and completely agree. Been here for 50 years and can't wait to leave and never come back.
lol, you absolute muppet.
Make a video on Singapore residency by investment 👍
Who is this boring guy and way is YouTude recommending this drivel? Sigh
Australia is a Nasty Stinking Country!!!! No sensible person should ever want to live there. Uruguay and Chile are excellent Southern Hemisphere alternatives to Australia.
