Great Job on the house. Dave is a great asset to have helping out. The job on the ruin roof was excellent and I am looking forward to seeing the continued progress. It will be so nice having the wood stove going and will help get rid of the damp this winter. Look forward to checking out there channel as well. I keep looking to find a house in you area but the prices have come up so much the last few years but I will keep looking.

Great progress Nick and Sara ,respect to Dave very handy man . lovley job too with the stove burner install , we just got ours fitted a few weeks ago as well and what a difference they make not just from the heat but the look of a natural fire burning on cold days is quite relaxing without worrying how many kilowatts were using, also thinking about adding an air induction system above ours to help heat other rooms to, through the loft space with some 4" ducting some fittings and a fan. We may also get a back boiler fabricted as not many of them made nowdays for some thermo sython action …utilise that energy. take back the power and knowledge we already have ..and give the robbing energy wholesalers the two fingers this winter

As always, a few steps ahead of us so we can learn from you! We’ll be looking for that adhesive stuff Dave used on the chimney. We bought aluminum tape but I think using both will be better.
We’ll definitely check out Dave’s new channel. Might need his help with some electrics if we have any money left. 😳
