  1. I just love your channel, hope you find the best plot in the country ….keep u p the great video.s a plot near water or ocean would be awsome too right?a paw for charlie and dizzee🤠..i somehow prefer the second plot of land ….maybe because it went up hill might be nice?

  2. Someone commented last week about being concious that any land you purchase could end up being 'for life', along with the maintenance costs, if you cant sell on if not suitable. Is there a possibilty of 'long term' leasing somewhere first (maybe with a later option to buy if you decide) ? Depends on the seller I presume. Sending much 💛

  3. I watch you guys on Roku, but "like" you on my laptop where I have not watched you. Am I screwing up the whatsits? Will my view still count on Roku? Will my like still count when it's not attached to the view?

  4. I completly understand why you liked the first land.
I really liked that there was still water in the river, even after that heat. Just make sure you can actually use it (if it's on the border, who has ownership, can both use it?)
And with the little kitchen, bathroom area, you can still use the van for sleeping, while you build, so there's no rush to build a house.
I actually went to Italia last year, to look for land or cheap buildings, which is why I decided to go for vanlife, as that means I won't be "stuck" somewhere, if like wildfires, or heatwaves, or you know, bad neighbors happens..😅

I'm really looking forward to see more of this, so exiting.. 🤩

  5. Looks like great land options but I'd wonder why the previous owners who had started the outdoor kitchen etc are selling. Is the well dry or other water access issue?

  6. Personally speaking, I would only buy some land in Portugal if I wanted to build a property there. If not, if I had an old small van like yours and planned for future travels, I would invest the money into a newer larger motorhome for 4 reasons. More space for living, lower running costs, reliability and a continuous presence on YouTube revenue. But we all think differently.

  7. Your fascination of buying some land after all in Portugal is intense. But finding one or even two wells with water in appeared to be of value. But did you know that well water is not drinking water even after boiling. Reason being it can easily contain arsenic after being in contact with soil. Are you buying the land to build a property on? If not then it is a long drive from Andalucia to maintain the ground and pick the fruits. Also it might restrict you on your travels if attention was needed. Also very recently wildfires just north of Castelo Branco actually could develop anywhere. Would be nothing worse if your land was in a wildfire with all vegetation gone. The land value would also be lost.

  8. Stupid people . Think of your animals . What the fack is up with people who think they are animal lovers . When they die of exhaustion youre to blame . Good luck to the dogs they will need it

  9. Hi you guys and Dizzy and Charlie, just caught up with your videos 3 in a row !
Great content and a lovely insight into Portugal so pleased your taking time to figure out your best options and what you really want !
Our daughter and son in law have bought a plot of land in Poland and are building their own off grid home . Check them out on unalome home !
Look forward to your next instalment 😊

  10. Where/which websites are you suing to find these properties?
Personally I prefer the first property, but you’re out there and can see for yourselves which is best 😃👍
Thank you for the great entertainment, and keep up the good work 👍

  11. Congrats on your property search and good luck. I am I Juncal do Campo and looking for an offgrid property and the 1st one would be ideal. Let me know if you choose a different one, and yes, there are so many out there. How do you keep your doggies cool in the van when you are not there? Ciao

  12. They’re both lovely, I seemed to get a better feeling from the 2nd one, but true, more land, more work, and more money. 1st one not as much work and you have a small structure already there. But what would your plans be? Stay there a few months out of the year?

  13. Dag nabbit! Connect with The Indie Projects because they've done the same thing and are friends with some British or Australian ex-pats who also live in Portugal… that's 3 or 4 local expats in Portugal…. have fun, folks…

  14. Hi Nick and Sarah and Doggies Hope your all well , Amazed at those plots of land and having wells , And even fruit trees , Great prices too , look forward to part Two , Thanks for sharing ,Take care All.
