Hi there and welcome to our explorations of some of our favourite praia fluvials, river beaches, here in central Portugal. They are fantastic free places to go for the whole family for a day out in the summer. They’re often hidden and not too publicised so finding them is a treat and every one holds different qualities and experiences. All are very special…..even the abandoned ones!
