Is that Stevie Nick’s dad? What a player he was, by the way? How many goals from playing in any position except in goal? Quite right about the midfield, by the way. I would swap Fab and Thiago for Rice and Bellingham.
Sorry but Nunez is a dissapointment. He scores 50% of the time. Maybe even 40%. Too much hype before this…
I'd like to see Steve manage a team. Yo can't keep thinking that Liverpool will play at a high level at all times. Understand the times the players are going through and see it from the fact that it can still win even with injuries and a tired squad. This team is strong mentally and has one of the 2 best managers world wide.
Question – who is the worst football pundit in the media – Nicol, Agbonlahor or Hamann?
Loserpool fans are always disappointed…even if they win champions league…they would desire to win world cup…
and these pundits…god awful… U r not winning prem anyway… Chill out u prat..
I am a Liverpool supporter how many shots on goal did we have it is good for me not all shot in goal goese in
Let's be honest, all Liverpool are fighting for this season is top 4. And I believe they won't get a CL spot this time unlike that covid interrupted season
Nunez is offside half the time he collects a pass. Half the time refs let him get away with it. He's fast, big and strong but his finishing ability is quite poor and his football iq isn't much better
well we know Liverpool have midfield issues… i don't understand why we bought Gakpo instead of bellingham ?
Klopp was quite successful in Liverpool. He can not be it always. Liverpool spent not that much money- Arsenal was long time weak and Arteta was often criticised. Now they are top These pundits need More patience
A win is a win Mr Steve what more do you want you people the league just resumed.
Literally liverpools finishing was just as bad. Honestly need some new fresh takes at ESPN, these old guys are just spitting the same garbage over and over all the time.
I like it.
This club will now be the next Juventus.Diaz,Nunez,Jota money wasted,Gakpo not needed get rid off ox,KeitaTiago.the three have missed so many games supporters should be refunded.Henderson,Milner, Firmino to slow time up.Klopp needs
Midfielders. Will be lucky to get 4th.
Physio,s that know what they are doing,at the moment the system is causing the injuries.
Did Stevie make a comment saying you don’t with the league playing like that suggesting that Liverpool can still win the league? Cmon Stevie wake up please
this bodes well for LFC. Steve Nicol said the same exact thing about Salah when we signed him saying where does he play ? he will be on the bench.
Steve a little over dramatic, isn't like we have never seen dramatic end to chaos in boxing day games. Then factor in world cup, you've got added potential for strange games.
Let's see what rest of games bring, and more importantly, rest of season.
As for Nunez, ffs he's 23 and was never brought in as finished product. How many strikers are the finished product at that stage in career? Haaland is pretty much as close as you get, but he's not perfect, and City paid ridiculous money in wages and signing on fees. Only City can afford that and he was only ever going there
Cba to what video but the title is you don’t win the league doing that. You think we have our eyes set on anything other than 4th your are severely mistaken.
I been saying this and I know Nunez has had some poor performances but I think he'll eventually come an elite striker for Liverpool
Modern day Pundits Jump on the Bandwagon of Blasting Players before they grow under the Style of management-Thankful that Klopp is steering us not these YouTube Warriors
Benfica fan here. Darwin took time adjusting to Portuguese football as well. He had a lot of the same issues with Liverpool as he did at Benfica. Give him time, it took him a full season to get comfortable in Portugal and this happens quite a lot in England, so I'm not sure why people are writing him off so quickly. I mean, statistically speaking, he's already as good as he was in his first season with Benfica, 5 goals in 11 games while he had 6 goals in 29 games in Portugal.
