shame its beside the road and not somewhere lost in the mountains
Climate and scenery is so similar to Greece, especially the south part. Seems like perfect for someone that has independent income, but wants to grow his own and healthy food, with some chickens and a cow. A hectare is enough to fatten a cow or two, or few goats. Although i dont know if in such a dry environment that would be enough area. Add a greenhouse you can grow your greeneries. You can renovate the house for 20-30 000 Euros and have a beautiful farm house for a small family to live. Or pensioners.
Ps tree is black mulberry tree. Sweetest fruit your will eat. It's also called Mouria in Greece.

Can one build a concrete wall along the highway side of the property? At least where the houses are for privacy and sound barrier. Also, what is facing North and South? Love the drone shots 👍

Luís how is prices determined in Portugal, not so much this property but more in general, is it the real estate agent that tells the owner that you can expect to get this n this much or is it the owner that says "I want this much"? some of them seems really nicely priced and other you are like "how the heck did they get it to be that expensive for pretty much nothing"?
raspberries are bushes, not trees, more likely they are a sort of Mulberry?

A very nice property for someone that is retired and don't plan on making money off the land, however, can live peaceful in a relaxed environment. Thank you so much Luis
according to your sketch it cannot be 1.26 ha it must be much less than that
but despite that and for this price it is a good opportunity
