Quite a nice property – one of the nicest I've seen you showing on YT
Sunday morning … Luis at work …. nice 😀
Very nice house Louis. Big urban plot, big house with possibility to add more living space. Can do a lot with the land too. Thanks for showing us.
Def a beautiful property, sort of what am looking for. Wish was in position to try for it. Like your idea about changing the one garage to master suite. And lots of water, That is a huge plus. What are the local taxes like?
I think your English is excellent. The drone footage is awesome. Good Job Luis, always a good watch.
Lovely property! Thanks for all your hard work Luis.
Lovely house, very private and offered at a good price. However, it's a mistake to have built it right on the corner of the plot, as it is single aspect, and the land behind the house won't be yours and can't be used. If they'd built it 10 metres further down, you could have had back windows on all the rooms and a back garden patio area, useful for when there's strong sun out front and you need to be in the shade. For me, that's a deal breaker. Also a bit too much land, even if the rustic land is sold.
Luis, FYI: pronunciation of word "rustic": you pronounce it with a long u vowel sound… like the word 'rooster' but it is actually a short u…like "rah-stick" if you are pronouncing it using US english vowel sounds. (Can be different than other English sounds…I understand.) People can understand eventually but if they are not used to hearing the words spoken with different vowel sounds…they might not understand from when you start talking. (A mesma coisa acontece em Portugues quando um estrangeiro fala com alguns erros …as pessoas nao se percebem no inicio.) Somente queria melhorar os seus videos e a sua pronuncia de certas palavras assim fica melhor. 🙂 ) Hope you understand @Luis.
Luis, cuidado with your camera focusing on your finger when you point…the distance that you are pointing at becomes blurry and focuses on your hands/fingers. I am not sure how to stop that but I have noticed in all of your videos. (Just trying to give you chance to improve videos. (Esp w/ my last comment about vocabulary. ) You might also include the land area in acres when you tell us about property. Potential American buyers are used to acres more than meters. Just helps us get an idea. How much rain generally falls in that area? Is it more like high desert land? since everything is quite brown that is not being watered.
Luis, can you explain how to fix dampness "easily these days"? Especially for folks who are not used to cement houses…. Besides guttering extensions to remove more water away from house, how do you remedy the dampness that already exists? Is mold usually an issue when dampness shows up in the paint and drywall?
BTW: in garage with raised cement work surfaces…you called them balconies. (US English: better to say raised work surfaces because word "balcony" usually only used if high surface is high above ground with fence…like one would see from an apartment, 2nd, 3rd floors….
Very nice Property
Very lovely property Luis!!
Unha boa quinta, onde disfrutar das mañans e de esas noites, onde a lua e parte de unha festa de familia. Bom día, saudos dende Ponteareas.
👍🏴
really pretty house, love how it is painted outside, really done some work on it and the land is just lovely
Great presentation 👏 do you know if the neibours behind the house live on the property or is it only used for agricultural purposes. In other words, how much traffic would be driving through the back of the house? Also, how easy would it be to find someone who would be willing to take care of a few horses (4) for payment of course?
Drone video footage was awesome ! Well done
, very nice…in the living room the wall was damp. What causes this and how would you fix it?
lovely property! envious of the buyer. could you irrigate with the borehole and use metered water for the home? are there testing companies in portugal to test the output of the borehole?
Very nice Luis and a great presentation.
Beautiful place, wish we were in a position to come take a look, but not there quite yet. Thanks for the video, and all your videos, Luis.
Hello Luis👍
Just add solar panel’s on the roof and a battery bank 👍
