Nice place but as a dog owner I am not too keen on the shared drive on the side access to the house. Would it be possible to get permission to build a partition wall?
Nice house, and a reasonable price. I don't need 5 bedrooms, and wondered if I could demolish the walls of the ground floor bedroom (6m2) to make a large lounge? This is only possible if they're not load bearing. I'd also remove those vertical wooden slats that create an unnecessary division and darken the room.
The smoke room above the garage could be used for storage. The garden is ideal in size, though needs a lot of attention initially, but would be low maintenance longer term. I'm not keen on the shared driveway, and feel this gives a feeling of reduced privacy and could be problematic if you don't get on with the neighbour.
Lots of pluses and minuses on this one!
