How about the portugees law of offering a property to the neighbor first. Is that including proerty's on the otherside of the road? So lets say I have a property on the eastside of the A23 and the property on the west side has a different owner. Does he has to offer it to me when he wants to sell it? Or is he not considerate a neighbor because of the A23 between us.

If not, how much do you think the sale of the farm as a standalone might raise…..€25,000? A buyer could choose to sell the farm if the current owner doesn't want to sell them separately. The house is ready to live in while you update the kitchen, the windows, etc. I'm not sure I'd want to live right across the road from the neighborhood bar/party place, even if it's only active on Saturday nights!
