  1. How about the portugees law of offering a property to the neighbor first. Is that including proerty's on the otherside of the road? So lets say I have a property on the eastside of the A23 and the property on the west side has a different owner. Does he has to offer it to me when he wants to sell it? Or is he not considerate a neighbor because of the A23 between us.

  2. Thanks Luis, great video and lovely property. I don't need the farm, and even the house has a lot of land so would the owner consider selling them separately? If not, how much do you think the sale of the farm as a standalone might raise…..€25,000? A buyer could choose to sell the farm if the current owner doesn't want to sell them separately. Just a solution.

  4. Every property requires the right person with the right vision and love in their heart.
    How to maintain the property or convert it into something beautiful,
    into something functional and something useful – and that not only for the future owner.
    If the vision does not match the price – it is probably not the right property for the visionary.
    If the price it too big for the visionary – the property might not find its adequate new owner who gives it the love it needs.

  5. If you're aiming at foreigners, you might want to upgrade the quality of your properties on sale. Unless this one is covered by EU subsidies, it's about € 75K too expensive 😂😂😂

  6. The house is ready to live in while you update the kitchen, the windows, etc. I'm not sure I'd want to live right across the road from the neighborhood bar/party place, even if it's only active on Saturday nights!
    I find it interesting that even in very small villages you often find mains water and that there are street lights!
