Luise, long ago, I took an experiential class in how to use affirmations to create what I wanted. What I created during that class was so powerful and full of not-to-be-believed synchronicities that it was scary. A side lesson was, in the midst of adversity, to ask myself, "What good will come of this?" Looks like you have just learned similar lessons. Congratulations!

Great to recognise the synchronicities in life Luise …
Wishing you continuous flow and no more eddy pools for a wee while
… but recognise these wee pools are allowing us breathing time to catch up with ourselves
… to know this is one thing but when these barriers present themselves, I too get frustrated and try to paddle frantically out of the eddy pool, when exhausted I then relearn to lay back and trust my life’s flow again …

I TOTALLY GET IT! We always want things to go how we envision them in our heads, but often times, the Universe has other plans. The best laid plans, and all that. The hardest part is while in the midst of things not going your way, is to let GO, enjoy the journey anyway, and know that the universe has got your back. (It’s what I tell myself anyway). The health retreat sounds like something to add to my PT bucket list. Until next video.
I'm definitely with you on that one Louise, l truly believe we get guidance from somewhere, it's up to us which path we take. Horrible things have happened in my life but, from those challenges I've found myself in places l can't even begin to imagine I'd take myself too. At this moment in time, I've sold a holiday place in Turkey, l have my UK home up for sale but that appears to be taking its time… is this because what is right for my next move hasn't shown its face yet… I'm thinking so. I've talked about going to Portugal, NEVER Algarve, too touristy but I'm starting to see it isn't what my head thought it would be… who knows where I'll end up but l do feel sure, wherever it is, it will be right for me…. This video has further excited me to the future holds for me, thanks for sharing 🙏

To cheat and lie is accepted as normal. not for me. Filipa I want to go elsewhere out of here..What do you think? retired already. ☺️ I relate to your experience. Thinking you’re life is fixed onto one path and you ‘ hating ‘ every minute of it but then you realize you are the one not daring to change and explore that other route. Almost getting fired gave me the incentive to start looking elsewhere and now I’m starting a whole new career at the age of 54 😂 I think you were being guided ( not religiously but you know….) and maybe check out Alentejo ✅ my favorite part of Portugal 🇵🇹 Boa sorte
