Graveyard is too close to the property a cause to serious groundwater pollution. Studies are on the internet. The other issue is house being north positioned. Otherwise property with lots of potential and lots of work.

Beautiful property. The cactus you ask about is Prickly Pear. They get edible fruit also. Dragon Fruit typically are trained to grow up a T post about 1 -2 meters high. Does the price listed include the the wear house?
