This is a really manageable property, lovely vineyard, River and loads of potential. It should sell quickly.

Does this property flood?
I only know this property from this video. The River seems to have no flow to it. I also don’t know Portugals rainy season and wonder if there is any potential for flooding. The restoration of that rock structure, septic tank and bore hole would easily triple the price. I’m guessing the new owners discovered things after their purchase. Is there disclosure laws in Portugal. In the US property owners are required to disclose and known problems with the property.
Its a shame i dont have the money. But this is perfectly for me.

Portugal always has beautiful landscapes but the pre 51 properties are so run down that will require a lot of money to rebuild. Not everyone has the knowledge to build themselves and save money on labor costs!!!! I’ll pass on this one.
Just love everything about this property..love the walls..nice and clean…the river 4 next summer..and the size is perfect 4 me to manage.

Hi Luis, happy to offer **/**k. Hope the owner is open to offers.
Because the owners are making the property more attractive by cleaning it up, they must be eager to sell it, so perhaps a lower offer might be considered. It's relatively flat with some olive and fruit trees, and although the river is not free-flowing at this time of year it's an interesting feature. It's quite isolated, mains electricity and water would not be available, and internet access might be questionable. There's a lot of beautiful stonework and a legal habitation, though the house would require a large investment and permissions for expansion. Its location with the back wall directly on a roadway is not ideal!
The drone footage is a great help in understanding this property.
Pre 51, so no licence needed to rebuild, that is a good thing! It is a pretty spot with the river to the side. So it best to be off grid, with power and water by what you say?
I think it is nice and even the field also has a gentle slope up from the river or so it looks.

This property been on the market too long maybe the price is too high this is the third time seeing it in a year this property It needs A lot more TLC and another $70,000 + for the house and it has no running water no electric no sewage no bathroom no bedrooms no doors no windows and it needs a complete new roof and it needs rebuilding of the walls And foundation most people does not have that kind of money before it’s over it will be $175,000 property and probably take 3 to 5 years to complete it if you don’t have no legal problems and Portugal is known for a lot of paperwork no one trusses no one and everybody wants money money money money money and the prices are too high on everything so if you get this property you better have some deep pockets a lot of money cause everybody wants some of it
