  3. I think with the big house and the other buildings on the property there will be a customer for it somewhere.
    Maybe for small tourism or renting out, bed and breakfast. Of course there is work to do, fixing up the place. But it has possibilities.

  4. Great video! Can you hear the traffic of the highway on the property with the house? How about up on the hill or where the garden is on the first property? Is the addition to the house (where the fireplace was) a legal habilitation? Can you extend into the stone structure (for animals originally) with living space legally?

  5. so much potential, so much work to be done. i love the area and the access. should trade a neighbor the circular garden area for the other neighbors garage. i think minimum investment is roughly 150k, value of property 60k. other parcel should also be sold to a neighbor of that area, even for just 5 or 10k. i like enjoy your videos and properties luis!

Although the house could be made livable, and the land behind it and lovely stonework of the outbuildings could made useful, stepping out of your front door onto someone else's property is a major detriment. If this place included that land and the garage, the price would be understandable (although still high), but I doubt that it will sell as it is.

  7. Yes ,is not pleasant to have someone walking in front of property.
    Not only that ,but the value of the house is very high having in consideration of the condition.of the house.
    It will take a lot work and money to make it look presentable.
