Hi Wouldn't it be easier to present the location of these items you're showing Coordinates with DMS format? Even with reasonable accuracy.
My friend – I love watching your videos, and thank you for making them. Just a small tip that might offer your videos some advantage over others: point out compass direction of the various rooms of the house as I am sure people would be interested to know this.

Does the land amount only to the internal courtyard? If so, would be very low maintenance.
Good idea to knock the downstairs room into a large kitchen/ lounge area, and you could put a door where the bathroom window is, so you could enter it from inside the house. Only problem is the upstairs is only accessible from the external staircase, and putting an internal one would be costly and reduce the amount of space. I wouldn't fancy having to go outside to go upstairs to bed!
I love the corner plot, great views, the isolated area and peacefulness of this rural village. Ideal 'lock up and leave' property.

I'm afraid that this place requires an awful lot of work for a very small reward. We've seen other properties with more potential for less money.
