Complete dump. Too small, needs to be torn down and rebuilt. You're basically buying a piece of ground to put a large trailer down. Why € 39000 for a very small piece of ground that will take another 10K to clean up. I wonder which stupid Brit is going to pay for this. My starting offer would be € 3500,=. Nou Luis didn't sound very enthusiastic abut this and for good reason 😂
