  1. I would never buy in any of these places, visiting on a holiday is plenty when I put the $250k USD into investments and take money out to live anywhere I want for as long as I want.

  2. Gracias por el video, me he beneficiado todos los días con este video, este mes ya gané $25 millones en Bitcoin, ETFs de criptomonedas y en el mercado de valores. Gracias de corazón

  3. I bought a 5000 m2 house with olive grove, a privat access road, no neighbours, delicious fresh water drinkable from the tap and seaview for 15 000 Euros. Beautiful beach with clear turquoise water is just 10 minutes down the hill. Central Europe. Won't say where exactly because I don't want people to flood the area and increase the prices of real estate. House needs renovation. Need to invest 20k to make it nice.

  4. I am Turkish living in California I bought two waterfront condos one in Rosario to be close to my adult kids in Orange County and the other one is in playa del Carmen for the gorgeous beaches!

  5. We should own nothing and be happy… remember what they said 😢😂
All listed countries are beautiful however be aware that your price or value increase would depends on how many wealthy nations could afford to pay…. Be mindful of local people and their ability to afford Realstate purchase. I always say – Yes I could afford to buy… but who would want to buy it from me. Keep your mind open to see a bigger picture of the country.

  6. I spent 6 long weeks in Funchal. I have never seen so much smoking, so many disabled and elderly people. I got the sense the city was dying. There was no A/C anywhere and it was unbearably hot with mosquitoes everywhere. I couldn't wait to get out of there. If our accommodation had A/C and any of the restaurants we visited did, it would have completely changed the experience. The island is absolutely beautiful but the people are all broken.

  7. I have lived in Sicily. Sure, real estate isn't that expensive, but the cost of living is! Petrol or fuel for your vehicle is $4 a liter. Utilities costs are also very expensive. Lastly, you should speak Italian as English is not widely spoken there. Foreign migrants have invaded Sicily, so crime has risen. I wouldn't live there, but I'd spend 2 or 3 months there during the summer and then leave for Croatia or Sardinia.

  8. Wonderful list. Pity that the waterfront properties in Sri Lanka all appeared to be lined with roads and train tracks. Makes it hard to appreciate the sound of waves lapping at the shore.

  9. Don't buy properties and make those beach towns phantom towns that only live during the holiday season. The apartment are inexpensive because those are the prices locals can afford. Let them live where they come from and belong

  10. In the USA "Cheap" pricing waterfront Apt's/flat/condo are for ONE and ONLY reason: The owner pays incredibly high monthly fees for (maintenance and other orchestrated costs for the pool, guards, building insurance etc…) So what is the real COST of living there is the MAIN FACTOR – not the unit price.
