Hi PiPs Your little house looks great – so much better than I remember it looking . Other channels facing their lovely ruins are always joking that it just needs a little paint but yours is the first time i've seen it . I'm sure you will make it into a little jewel . Nice you have a little room out front what are your plans for that ? It looked so cute with the vine and flowers when you were out before . I don't see it as a liability having a little walk to your land , Maybe you can get a donkey . Um, right that's me that wants a donkey 🙂

I love your tiny house and looking forward to seeing you transform it. Yes most definitely, that white emulsion has brightened up the two rooms no end. I'd suggest perhaps either making a temporary makeshift base for the mattress (the wood can always be reused on your land for such as a compost bin/fencing etc) because you don't want any damp getting into the mattress or your backs. Broken tiles make wonderful garden mosaics, mosaic coffee table tops etc……the uses are endless 🤣

Is it possible to turn the window into a back door with glass for access to the back and allowing light to come in?

You are both very brave taking on a renovation of this magnitude. Sounds like a new roof will be your first project.

Can you put a window in the back wall to let light into the small room that has the manhole in it?

It's must be so exiting, I think it's just the right size to easily and a slowly do whatever work u feel like doing… I notice u send Elaine up the ladder first to look in the scarey loft!!! 🌷

A lot of light coming through the tiles. I can't remember how Theo did it. Seems .Ike I stayed this before. Hopefully water doesn't intrude through where the light is coming through. 🙏❤🇺🇸👣🐕🇬🇧🇵🇹🤙

I'm very interested in the solar panel set up , as I think many people are now due to the cost ! Lovely video! Also be careful that some of the walls that you want to take down are not being used as retaining walls ,the ones that hold up the roof!
