  1. Hello I've been watching your videos and I love them thank you!
I do have a question, we own 2 homes 1 of them we are renting to our daughter we do not receive any extra income just enough to pay off our mortgage on that house and we do not know if we should sell it now and pay off our home that we live in or buy some other property Or keeping it as an investment in the long run I would really appreciate your input we are torn we have no idea what to do! If we sold we would get around 180k.

  2. Hi, I stumbled onto your channel this month and love your videos. I’m a beginner and started reading the Stock Market for Investing for Beginners, 2nd edition, Business and Money Book 6 by Michael Ezeanaka. My husband and I are 58, he’s retired due to a job injury and I want to retire by 65. If not before 65. Our children are in their 20’s and 30’s and my husband is afraid to get into stocks. I’m ready to invest and teach it to my children and grandchildren so they can retire early. Thank you for teaching me how to invest in index funds and not individual stocks. I want to start investing $50 to $100 a month in index funds with fidelity. Where should I start first and which videos to watch while I’m reading and which index funds to choose? Thank you

  3. Hey Guys,

Are you two open to creating programs, like the one you have for how to move to Portugal, but for other countries? I sent you two an email in regards to the specific countries that I am referring to, because I did not want to discuss everything here on YouTube.

  4. I really appreciate your positive outlook in this video. Starting the video out with that positive energy definitely eased the anxiety that was starting to creep up once I realized we’re heading into a recession. I already have a full time job and a couple side hustle sources that I use off and on. And I’m about to start another side hustle that I hope can turn into my main hustle eventually. So this was confirmation that I need to get serious about those other 2 sources, improving my credit and getting my finances together and that I’m on the right track with trying to replace my full time job. Thanks for making this video!

  5. My favorite couple!! 🙏🏽😄
Thank you for all of the great tips. I’m especially fond of the side hustles. People used to shy away from them or hide that they have one, for fear of being looked at as an unsuccessful person, not making enough money. Honey, that has changed in the last five- ten years. It’s a NECESSITY!

  6. Thanks for sharing! Can you share how to calculate SR on each pay check? I'm thinking subtract what's being saved after bills..but not sure. No per tax fund are being deducted

  7. You guys are fantastic. Thanks for helping me stay the course. Make sure to enough savings to survive the downturn but still invest knowing you are buying at a discount, which will pay off in the longterm

  8. 2nd watch. So nice I had to. Thank you guys 4tips.Saying focused, bracing for it but not pressed. Focusing on PT and my Original Fire Plan.💯

  9. Great video! What I’ve been thinking is what can I do now to capitalize on a recession when it comes?
Buy repo’d cars or foreclosed houses? I hate to capitalize on someone else’s mis fortune but someone has to buy the things someone else losses…
