Very nice property , thank you for the showing.!
Nice property very quaint, love stone work, loads of cupboards not like some, where you would think nature lovers lived or hobbits, seen plenty with little to no cupboards or have very low ceilings, quite airy, just the red needs to be redone for an older or more modest purchaser, cos bit overwhelming for an early am coffee, but super for young couple into bright colours 😉
Beautiful house!!! If this was in the U.S. it would be selling for well over $500,000, upwards near a million. I don't know why people are so rude, if you can't afford the property don't complain. That won't change the price. Lower your expectations as to what you can get for your budget.
Very beautiful house!
I wish their are more expensive …..
feel sorry for the Portuguese people cant afford them
they should put higher foreigner byers

Very nice if you’re a Man United fan
Other companies are cheaper and better quality.
I was surprised that the refrigerator and the washing machine are not included in the sale. In the US or in every place that I've been to, when you buy the house it is standard that the refrigerator, stove/oven, washing machine and dryers (and in northern climate, the boiler or heater) are always included. Maybe it is because when you sell houses in the US or other places, these appliances are included in the "warranty of habitability". Is it different in Portugal or is this kind of sale just normal? Also, why are the lights hanging like it is just an afterthought. Is it specified in Portugal's Building Code (or similar law) that lights bulbs should be hanging? I can understand if it is chandelier. I'm interested in buying properties in Portugal but I want to familiarize myself of what are included in the sale and what I can expect.
Luis – I see this often in house tours in Portugal … why always just the light bulb hanging from the ceilings? They went to so much effort to renovate, but yet there is not a finished light fixture?
Wo liegt das genau ?
I like all the remodelling work, especially the stone work, but so much red kills me!
Ein sehr schönes Haus, gefällt mir wirklich gut 👍
how loud is the train that passes through the living room? 🙂
Hi luis very nice house will sell fast,a little too much red colour everywhere for me.
A very nice property. I’m looking forward to experiencing the summer next year in central Portugal to see if that’s even an option of an area that I would consider moving to. This year I’m going to be exploring northern Portugal. I am leaning toward cooler areas versus hot summers.Good luck selling the property
Beautiful property! Perfect for someone who does not want lawn/garden maintenance.
What a lovely house!
Great piece of renovation. Quite tasteful interior.
However the footprint seems to be a bit on the optimistic side.
80 m2 would be 10 m * 8 m, or 12 m * 6.6 m, etc. The useable inside space seems to be more like ~ 60 m2 on each floor.
Also, all openings (doors, windows) are on one side only.
The price seems reasonable for a completely renovated house, though the lot is very small.
I absolutely love it! This is perfect.
Very nice sir
Beautiful property with a reasonable price.
