horrible house
Nice property and good presentation Luis !
beautiful property, lots of space – but needs a bit of modernization and upkeep.
Luis your autofocus on the camera is more interested in your finger than the scenery!
HI Luis another good property and presentation many thanks..
O Senhor Baptista, how can I contact you off site of YouTube?
Which town is it?
Grossly over priced for the current market
Very good, clean property. Well done. It’s ready for the new owner. ‘Tks.Luis.
o mercado imobiliario em portugal esta completamente perdido. há alguns anos atras nem por metade se vendia
Hi Luis!! Love your videos… Could you do a video just explaining the terms Developed, buildable and non buildable? I know the terms sound straight forward. I have been researching properties in central Portugal. I am looking for land outside of a city where I can build a home.. seems to be so many restrictions on what you can do with the land outside of city centers.. Thank you!!
Beautiful property 😍
Hi Luis, thanks for the very thorough explanation, much better than when I visited with the other agency 🙂 We nearly bought this property but I thought it a little expensive, especially as it had single glazing and the shutters were in very poor condition. Great house otherwise, perfect location and to us it felt like a perfect family house. Ladoeiro would be a great place to live, really good cafes ☕ and lots of storks nearby. Hope you find a buyer soon, you're having a great year!
Thank you for sharing. 👍❤
I enjoy looking at real estate in various countries, and I like the way you present the properties you represent, very complete to what you know. In the US, houses are usually shown furnished, but it is understood that they will be sold unfurnished except if specifically mentioned. I don't know what the "normal" is in Portugal, are they sold with furnishings unless specified that the furniture will be removed, or is it usual to expect the furnishings to be moved and the property sold empty?
Also, in the part of the US where I live, a "patio" refers to an outdoor space that is specifically intended as an outdoor living/dining/lounge area. We would refer to the calcada surface in this property as pavement, or paved surface. Maybe British English refers to this as a patio. Goodness knows that words for things vary within the US, let alone from country to country. Thanks for taking the time to show us this, it has a lot of potential, and I hope the right buyer shows up quickly.
Amazing property luís lots of potential to be very beautiful. 😉
In the US, we would call the first floor a "Mother-In-Law" apartment with plenty of room for her to live independently yet close to the family. Nice family house with a ton of potential. The cost to irrigate the large garden from the lake is more than reasonable.
We love it
I find it interesting that on many of these properties the house or farm building is directly on the property line.
This place has potential. To make it a bed and breakfast, aside from remodeling you could use the garage to create a large living room. Upstairs, you could convert the second kitchen into two bathrooms as ensuites for two of the bedrooms. If the village is truly within walking distance, that would be a big plus. Considering the amount of renovation that should be done, the price is higher than I would expect.
Is the house livable?
