Our adventure in Portugal began in its capital city of Lisbon, where we filled our first 48 hours there with fresh pastries, delicious seafood, and romantic walks along their tiled streets. We quickly gathered a list of initial impressions, as it was quite a change from the past countries we were visiting over in Central and South America. Lisbon was a wonderful dream, to say the least, and we can’t wait to continue our journey throughout more of the country as we get a deeper taste of what Portugal has to offer.
