If the fatigue lingers you would benefit from pacing using a heart rate monitor measuring heart rate variability and keeping your heart rate below the anaerobic threshold. At my age it's about 90 per minute I won't ask exactly how old you are. Lol. In addition try high dose vitamin C to recuperate. Then there are also antivirals to fight the virus lingering in the body. Golden milk before bed is great. All the best x

Regarding the apartment blocks, if they built them at least with respect to blending in with the rest of Portuguese architecture , instead they look like commie blocks. Imagine all of Lisbon or other cities would just have commie blocks, forget about tourists coming…

Beautiful little town – loved the arched bridge.
Your energy level made me think of my experience with covid. That little bugger may have taken away my sense of smell & taste for a bit, but in return it gave me some of the most restful naps I have ever had – I felt like I was attached to the couch and it was great! 🤣 I hope you feel better soon Luise.

I came home (to Canada) with a big box of PG Tips, that I bought at a British Shop in Santa Monica, Los Angeles. Go figure! I live in Canada's Capital and I don't know where we have a British Shop. I used to, when Mum was alive.
