The investors who come with investment also boost up the local economy. They invest there . Look at the countries where no investors go and the governments of such states are fail to bring the foreign investment
The golden visa should not be based on a property but based only on creating employment. The government should be held accountable for this terrible decision, they screwed their own people.
So basically you can buy your way in .. if you don’t have money then don’t think about it
