I really enjoyed this video. Maria is a brave, adventurous and motivated woman. I loved listening and seeing how she has created and adapted to a new life in Portugal, after living in various countries that are very different to the UK where she has lived for most of her life. Very inspiring❤

I'm also a solo global traveller from 🇮🇪 50+ but my 🇨🇮 son & I are looking to leave 🇨🇮 as soon as primary school finishes this year and move to Portugal as it seems to fit our needs. He's never been to Europe and you've allayed some of my fears for him, particularly being stared at!!! I'll show him this video later!

Another great video. Having visited Portugal several times I've stuck to Lisbon, Porto and The Algarve. However watching your videos have made me realise I need to explore central Portugal.
Watching this video makes me feel I could stay at Praia da Rocha as not wishing to be an off grider I do need a bit of town life.

Lovely and well maintained property. Really like the beach area. It reminds me of where we walk in Foz de Arelho and Obidos Lagoon. As for anyone looking to scout – we started in Coimbra as well…so it really is a good central spot to start. Thanks for sharing and happy travels.

Lagos is just a small part of the Algarve… If you would live more in the East, you would feel how life is good here, in São Brás de Alportel, as far as I am concern.
