I am a person who likes to go counter-trends when investing. When things are really hot it’s a bad time, when things are really cold it’s a good time. I’m going to show you some charts that reflect the current situation in the market, so you can make a decision yourself.
I generally believe that real estate investing is a safe option to park your money, however, charts seem to show that this is not the good time to invest, since prices exploded like crazy.
I’m thinking of buying real estate in Dubai, but will probably wait a little more until the market stabilizes itself.
