Is the Villages still for swingers?
So, I'm becoming more of a fan of the northern section. When we visited last, we stayed in Spanish Springs at the Town Place Suites and we just feel in love with it. It's so beautiful and I like the historic vibe. I also like what you said about the older homes having kitchens that are separate. I want that. My current home has open concept. I'm not as much of a fan anymore. I also need walls for our art collection.
I caught your exhale on the kitchen on the Peach tree property–LOL
Are there any 3/2+ homes available with a lake or pond view?
I thought that Florida was supposed to be more affordable than other parts of the country. These houses seem overpriced.
These homes look so cheaply constructed!
No way would I pay those prices then dump another 75K in it!!!!!!!!!!
Villages FL is an awful place. Go there if you want to become a drunk or addict or pickup an STD. Remember the saying: "No fool like an old fool."
Are you a buyer agent?
Loll..no way!! Not even near a Beach!! In Stuart..thank God I bought 2014
Robyn, what does it mean when a house is certified?
Saw you on the TheVillagesSkipSmith channel! I support you!! big thumbs up!! Skip's #1 in my Book!!!
Robin: you have a video from last year what 275,000 will buy, seems like the same homes to me, when do you think the villages market will return to a realistic value? I will be checking the area out next year but at this point it seems the only option will be to buy A new (1000) sq ft patio villa which you can get for under 250,000
Robyn, Where is the link for your news letter?
Are the homes that are sold by the villages separate from the MLS or are they listed on the MLS in addition to the sales team for the Villages?
Chula Vista home has great curb appeal. Agree that you are allowed to give your opinion if it’s positive. Last home for $400K stinks comparatively speaking.
Thank you 🎉
Great video. Enjoying this series!
Hi Robyn, I just bought and downloaded your book and I do enjoy your very informative videos. Our main residence is in western NY and we currently own a manufactured home in LaCasa located in North Port which I’m sure you’re well aware took a beating during Ian. Though we lost our new porch and carport thankfully the main structure is solid as we just remodeled the kitchen and both bathrooms. We have received a fair settlement from the insurance company and now patiently wait for repairs. We’re simply investigating options in the villages and learning what we can. I plan to get into your book soon and if I have any questions I’ll shoot you a note. Thanks again for all the info. Enjoy the rest of the weekend. Thanks, Ray Trippy
Great series Robyn! I thought the houses under $300 were better values compared to this group at a higher price point. I don't feel like I was getting more for the extra money on most of these homes compared to the lesser priced options.
Your restraint was duly noted! 😉
Good info. Been renting for several weeks each winter in Hollywood as a snowbird from the mid-atlantic. Debating whether that’s enough for us.
