I visited the silver coast region last December to look in person but have now semi decided that the Algarves is a better choice for me. I had assumed that the silver coast was a lot less expensive than the Algarves but there are actually some good deals to be found down there.

It seems like lots of deception and exploitation. What people loved about Portugal will soon be the thing that drives them to not choose or move to other places. I've had two friends relocate to other countries in Europe that are less expensive and just as beautiful. Portugal is definitely overpriced.
