Waited for this since long time! I know some guys how are managing short term rentals and the yields are actually very good because turist are comming basically year around. I guess it is not like that in the mainland, but I am not sure. The fact that they wanted to ban Airbnb is a bit worrying. As an outdoor enthusiast Tenerife is very nice, mountains ocean caves surfing, rock climbing ect…
Coming from Seattle real estate is significantly more expensive, Tenerife seems like a steal, especially the north side.
I respect your work on the video. ❤Most newbies will be spoiled and often overlook the importance of technical analysis in trading. Technical analysis overestimates the direction of asset prices regardless of the direction of the broader market. Essentially, this process involves past movement paths, i.e. studying a specific asset to build a sustainable model that can predict the asset's future movement. Performing technical analysis can be very difficult. This is why most newbies/traders ignore the daily trading of the coin and there is a risk in perseverance as they lose their investment when the market is a loser. I highly recommend to any novice/trader to buy traders who still want to enter the market or investors who have established traders. accuracy. Help from 95% of tested trading experts. Investing in Tenerife and the canarias requires a lot of wisdom because the prices are quite high. But i think that most of what Mr Loukas says is just Irrelevant. Just one thing among them : There are over 500 millions people living in the EU, some of them are over 60 or have health issues. There is only one place in Europe with a summer spring like climat in January. This place is the Canary Island. Can you go for an outdoor dinner in Montenegro with a polo ? I doubt it.
I like your videos, but a few of the points here are false or misleading. I think Tenerife is great for a lifestyle purchase, but I agree it's likely not offering a good yield on investments.
– The architecture in general is great and in popular areas you'll see well maintained houses.
– There are things to do and a great expat community to do it with. There's a LOT going on if you're a digital nomad.
– Many of the young people are living together with their parents until the age of 30, that's why youth unemployment is so high. I guess that has a big effect on the overall unemployment. (It's still a sad situation, but I felt I had to add a bit of shade here)
– Air quality is bad during Calima but it occurs for 1-2 days every 1-2 months. Something you can learn to live with and not work out outside if that happens.
+1 I think future appreciation is to come if the EU doesn't fall apart and WFH sticks
Don't know what yo say. I paid 700 euros pe sqm
The best advantage of Tenerife is really the weather and the cost of living. It's similar to California(the weather), only better and it's cheaper. It's the perfect lifestyle purchase for me. I do not agree that there is nothing to do, there are plenty of activities and sights to see.
thanks
Spot on Giorgio. I prefer Gran Canaria anyway.
